Tom Stark
Financial Advisor
Tom Stark focuses on working with clients to create long-term, personalized financial plans in addition to overseeing the allocation of risk-appropriate investment portfolios. His goal is to reduce the 'worry factor' by developing common sense plans and then helping clients with practical guidance in the pursuit of their financial goals.
Tom has over twenty-five years of experience serving clients and enjoys finding solutions for each of his clients’ unique financial and planning needs. Tom puts his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Cincinnati to daily use in analyzing the financial world we live in.

Tom is an avid runner, but also enjoys his downtime reading everything from classic novels to contemporary economic texts. He and his wife, Tammy, a middle school teacher, enjoy travelling and outdoor activities such as bicycling and kayaking. They have two adult children and are looking forward to grandchildren in the near future. They are active and serving members of their local community and church.
Heather Hoch
Licensed Associate
Heather brings years of “service first” mindset to helping Stark Financial clients. She began at Stark Financial as an administrative assistant assisting with the implementation of our new technologies and helping clients with online access to their accounts. Upon completion of her Series 65 exam and registration she has a now assumed a role here as a Licensed Associate. In addition to assisting with technologies, Heather also assists with account review preparation, financial plans, and client communications. Upon graduating from Liberty University, Heather worked for EDS, an information technology company. As a customer service supervisor she enjoyed assisting clients, as well as hiring, training, and supporting the representatives.
After a move to Albany, GA, Heather worked as Director of the Family Life Center for a large church. There she coordinated the activities of the bustling recreation facility and multiple associated programs and events. Most recently, she worked in the education field providing administrative support to hardworking teachers.
Heather is married to Paul, a teacher and football coach. They have 4 beautiful, active children. The Hoch family has lived in Georgia since 1993. She enjoys hiking with her family, football Friday nights, college football, and is active in her church.
